This hotel is value for money, staffs are very friendly and helpful, location is ideal, easy check-in & checkout process, clean rooms and bedding.

Nothing it was perfect.

I liked the location, ambiance and the staff, the staff was friendly and eager to help and always had a smile on there face.

I had a little bit problem interacting the staff as they did not know proper English.

The rooms were so so.. Not as I expected.. It was like a glorified lodge..

House keeping service

Had a great Easter weekend! Fantastic breakfast and room service was top notch. The hotel's location near the city center and popular attractions really made our stay easy and enjoyable. Plus, we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and comfortable beds.

Although the staff was friendly, there were some language barriers that made communication a bit difficult. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the noise from construction was a bit disruptive.

Reception staff is not responsive. Say they will call back 10 times but never will. I would fire the IT personnel right away. They wasted many hours of my time asking me to try around 20 user name and password to see if i get internet. Finally no internet and this was a bummer, In the night, there was too much noise as the rain water from top was pouring over window pane and making a racket. I would not stay again. Room and bathroom was clean .. so that's about it and the service was pretty bad including the restaurant downstairs as they took long time to get few things. settling the bill was a nightmare as they took hours and they dont take american express thought thet say they do

I had an amazing stay with various positive experiences. The cleanliness was impeccable, and all facilities were available: parking, transportation, and a central location for both accommodation and restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. It's located in a great spot, with plenty of attractions nearby to explore. It was easy to take day trips to other sites of interest, and the staff were helpful when it came to advising us on where to go. the room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view from the window. the restaurant was fantastic too, with a variety of delicious meals to choose from. Breakfast was particularly noteworthy, and we enjoyed the complimentary meal every morning.

There was some construction work going on, which was a bit noisy at times.

For the positive aspects, I must say that the hotel was in a great location, close to all the places I wanted to visit. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I appreciated having a good breakfast buffet with a variety of tasty options.

The service was quite slow, and some staff members seemed uninterested in helping guests. the Wi-Fi was weak and frequently disconnected, which was frustrating.
